Our PowerTech 10KW generator stopped producing any output, it ran fine and smooth, just no voltage was being produced. The generator only had about 500hrs on it at the time. On our coach the generator is powered by a Kubota engine and the entire thing is mounted inside of a quite box to keep the noise to a minimum.

HWH Slide Seal Replacement

Our bedroom slide air seal / bladder developed a sudden and substantial leak on 9/2/10, you could hear the leak from inside the coach and the HWH Aux pump was running non-stop trying to keep up. Going outside it was easy to locate the leak, the bladder had a approx 1” tear along a top “seam” right inside the lower U channel.

HWH Solenoid Valve Rebuild

This is the valve that sits at the bottom of the first filter bowl. It is normally open and closes when the HWH pump turns on to level or refresh the slide room bladders. When the pump turns off, it opens to purge any filter “capture” which is why it can get filled with debris over time. The HWH part for the one I have is RAP6354 its for the TA-4101 compressor

Resetting ABS Brain

When your ABS light comes on, you can read the “blink” code by using the the diagnostic switch under the dash board cowl. The the blink code will determine which ABS sensor is not doing its job and caused the dash light to trigger.

Our green polarity testing bulbs had grown so dim it was really hard to see them. But there is a solution. It involves replacing the bulbs with new ones and increasing the resistors on the board that drive the bulbs.
