One of the first improvements we made was to change a some suspension components. During the drive back from Las Vegas the body roll and steering wheel rut tracking made the trip quite exhausting. We made two changes.
First we changed the rigs shocks to Bilstein gas shocks, replacing the factory stock ones. These shocks significantly reduced the body roll when making turns, exiting ramps, and when going through Arkansas! You really must get these installed, what a difference in ride performance.
Second we replaced the factory steering stabilizer with a Safe-T-Plus stabilizer. This is a vast improvement over the stock one. Gone is the rut tracking and the white knuckles as 18 wheelers pass.
Need to take some!
